LUA DEVELOPER

Develop and maintain high-quality game features using LUA, collaborating with the team to deliver engaging, bug-free experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take lead in implementing game features and functionality.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using LUA.
  • Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure the game meets the desired specifications.
  • Test and debug code to identify and fix errors.
  • Learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with LUA for at least 2 years
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum 2 years working for a Roblox development company/studio.
Requirements:
  • Language (Spoken): English
  • Experience with user-generated content (especially Roblox)

Create and optimize detailed 3D environments and assets that blend artistic vision with technical performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take the lead in creating and optimizing high-quality 3D environments and assets for games and interactive applications.
  • Ensure all 3D models meet artistic vision while maintaining technical performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other team members to achieve cohesive and immersive visual experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar) and optimization workflows for real-time applications.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in creating detailed and performant 3D environments and assets.
  • Ability to balance artistic creativity with technical constraints and performance requirements.

  • Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish, preferably in a creative, tech, or software development environment.
