Key Responsibilities:
  • Take lead in implementing game features and functionality.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using LUA.
  • Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure the game meets the desired specifications.
  • Test and debug code to identify and fix errors.
  • Learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with LUA for at least 2 years
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • • Engage with community members across platforms (e.g. Discord, social media, forums), fostering conversation, trust, and brand loyalty.
  • • Plan, execute, and manage community activities such as events, AMAs, tournaments, drops, or announcements.
  • • Act as the bridge between community, internal teams, and partners by gathering feedback, insights, and sentiment.
  • • Develop and maintain community guidelines, moderation processes, and escalation flows.
  • • Monitor community health, growth, and engagement, and report insights and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • • Proven experience managing online communities, preferably in gaming, pop culture, tech, or digital products.
  • • Strong understanding of community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, or social media ecosystems.
  • • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences and cultures.
  • • High empathy and conflict-resolution skills, with confidence in moderating discussions when needed.

  • 1. Project Planning & Ownership:
  • Own the end-to-end production of Roblox game projects, from concept to live ops, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality goals are met.
  • 2. Team Coordination:
  • Act as the central point of contact between designers, engineers, artists, and external stakeholders to keep production aligned and moving smoothly.
  • 3. Production Management:
  • Create and maintain production schedules, milestones, and task tracking (e.g. sprint planning, backlog prioritization), ensuring on-time delivery.
  • 4. Quality & Delivery:
  • Monitor build quality, gameplay balance, and performance; identify risks early and proactively resolve blockers during development.
  • 5. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Provide clear status updates, reports, and recaps to internal teams and partners, translating creative and technical discussions into actionable plans.
Qualifications:
  • - Minimum 1 years of experience as a Game Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in game development
  • - Strong understanding of game production pipelines, preferably within UGC or live-service games
